Fitness Safety Notice
Stridelyn is planned as a fitness and coaching service—not a medical device, medical provider or emergency service.
1. Get appropriate medical advice
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, injury, pain, dizziness, pregnancy, recent surgery, take medication, or have been advised to limit activity.
2. Stop when something feels wrong
Stop exercising and seek appropriate help if you experience chest pain, severe shortness of breath, faintness, sudden weakness, sharp pain, loss of balance, unusual swelling or another concerning symptom. Do not use a coach message to decide whether urgent care is needed.
3. Form-video review
A coach reviewing your video sees only what the camera captures. It cannot evaluate internal pain, medical history, fatigue, surface conditions, equipment integrity or every movement angle. A positive review is not a guarantee that an exercise is safe or injury-free.
4. Nutrition guidance
Nutrition tools are for general fitness planning and are not intended to diagnose or treat allergies, eating disorders, diabetes, kidney disease or other medical conditions. Users with allergies or medical nutrition needs should rely on product labels and qualified medical guidance.
5. Coaches and scope
Coaches should stay within their qualifications and must not diagnose conditions or present fitness guidance as medical treatment. Credentials do not eliminate exercise risk. Clients should disclose relevant limitations directly and choose whether to follow any recommendation.
6. Assumption of ordinary fitness risk
Physical activity carries risk, including soreness, falls, equipment failure and injury. The final terms must describe responsibility and liability in legally reviewed language. This draft does not waive any right or create a release.
Safety warnings should also appear at the exact point of use—during onboarding, workout selection, video upload and nutrition logging—not only on this page.
