Terms of Service

Current preview

Prices and plan details on this site are proposals. The public site does not create memberships, charges or coach agreements.

1. The future service

Stridelyn is intended to provide strength training plans, workout and nutrition-habit tools, coach matching, coaching communication and form feedback from a human coach. Features will vary by membership and may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts and acceptable use

Users must provide accurate information, protect their login and use the service lawfully. Users may not impersonate others; upload content without permission; harass clients or coaches; attempt to access another account; interfere with security; or use Stridelyn for emergency, diagnostic or unlawful purposes.

3. Fitness limitations

Stridelyn is not a medical provider. Workouts, nutrition guidance and coach feedback may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not diagnosis, treatment or a guarantee of results. Users remain responsible for selecting appropriate activity, confirming equipment instructions and stopping when an activity feels unsafe. The Health & Safety Notice is part of these terms.

4. Coaches and coaching

Coach credentials, screening standards, availability, service scope, payout terms and the legal relationship between Stridelyn and coaches must be finalized before live matching. A coach's acceptance may be required before personalized coaching begins. Stridelyn should disclose the client price, coach payout and platform fee before each paid commitment.

5. Memberships, trials and payments

Final prices, trial conversion, renewal timing, cancellation, refund rules, taxes and failed-payment handling must be displayed before checkout. The current preview contains proposed prices only. No user should be charged until payment confirmation and the applicable service conditions are satisfied.

6. User content

Users retain ownership of their photos, videos, messages and logs. The live terms should grant Stridelyn only the limited permission needed to store, process and display submitted content for the feature the user requests. Users must have permission to upload every person shown and should avoid including bystanders or unnecessary private information.

7. Suspension and termination

The live service may suspend or terminate access for safety risks, fraud, nonpayment, abuse or material violations, subject to the final notice and appeal rules. Users should receive an account-deletion process and information about what may remain after closure.

8. Disputes and legal provisions

The final business entity, governing law, warranty disclaimer, limits of liability, indemnity, dispute process and contact information must be completed by counsel before these terms become effective. No arbitration, class-action waiver or liability limit is established by this draft.

Owner action required

Finalize the business entity, coach classification, cancellation policy, age rules and dispute terms with qualified counsel before accepting accounts or payments.
